This 9 bedroom student flat offers 9 rooms for rent, each with their own TV, desk, and storage space. It is located on Calle Poeta Artola, a couple of minutes from the Campus de Tarongers of the Universitat de Valencia, making it perfect for those attending this university. With a metro and a tram station within an easy walk, you can easily reach other areas of town. La Malva-rosa beach is 30 minutes away by foot, or a short tram ride away. These student rooms would be perfect for those looking to live in a social environment and make friends during their stay in Valencia.
What we liked the most
- Each room has its own television, wardrobe, desk and independent key.
- Both the rooms and the common areas are comfortable, tidy and nicely presented.
- There is a washing machine in the kitchen, and you will find a rack to dry your washing in your room.
- The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with 2 fridge/freezers, oven, 2 microwaves, 2 dining tables with chairs and everything else you could need to cook your meals!
- There are 3 modern shared bathrooms.
- The apartment has a nice dining room.
