This attractive apartment has been recently renovated, and offers a clean and fresh living space which is very pleasant to look at. Common areas include a bathroom, a toilet and an open plan kitchen and living area. This 100 sqm apartment is located on Conde de Altea street, in the neighbourhood of L’Eixample, very close to the fun and happening neighbourhood of Ruzafa, where you can enjoy some of the best nightlife in Valencia. Within a 15-minute walk you can access Estacio del Nord, the bullfighting arena, and Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the most centric square in town.
