Four double rooms and two single rooms available in an exterior six bedroom apartment with one bathroom. This pleasant home has a total floor area of 145 sqm, and it is very well-equipped for a relaxed and comfortable stay. It is located on Salamanca street, in elegant L’Eixample. This lively neighborhood offers plenty of entertainment options, with a number of top-class bars and restaurants located within walking distance of the flat. This central district is also well-communicated by public transport, with several bus lines serving the area and within a 10-minutes walk from a metro station from where you can get to the airport in about 15 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and tidy.
- All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with each one having their own desk and a heating unit.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including having an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and good storage space.
- There is a nice terrace overlooking an internal patio where you will find a dining table with chairs, allowing you to dine outside and make the most of the gorgeous weather in Valencia.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one fully equipped bathroom in the apartment, but there is also a toilet room with no shower.
- There is no dining area within the apartment.
