This huge 300 sqm seven bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one toilet, features six double bedrooms and one single bedroom available for rent. This modern apartment is very cozy, with lovely parquet floors throughout, and offers a spacious shared kitchen equipped with everything you need for preparing your own meals. It is located on Cirilo Amorós street, within close proximity to the beautiful Jardí del Túria, a great park located right in the middle of the city. The attractive Mercado del Colón, is located steps away from the apartment, providing you with a great space where you can hang out, eat and drink, with many stalls to discover.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is really large and fully equipped, including having two fridges, providing you with plenty of space to store your food items.
  • There are two large built-in wardrobes in the hallway where you can store personal items which you don't need to keep with you in your room.
  • The shared bathroom is very modern. You will find two sinks and a big mirror as you walk in, and then behind a door there is a shower, a toilet and a storage cabinet where you can put your toiletries.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine and other cleaning equipment.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom in the apartment, but there is also one toilet room with no shower, and bedroom 3 also has their own ensuite bathroom.
  • There is no living area, but there is a dining table with six chairs in the kitchen, and a sofa in the entrance hall.
  • There is no TV in the apartment.
