There are rooms for rent in this chic 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Sueca in L'Eixample. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is well-equipped with all the modern appliances you need to cook up a storm, including 2 refrigerators, an oven and 4-burner stove. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen so you can sit down for a meal with your flatmates.
If you don't feel like cooking you can always grab a bite to eat at one of the many great restaurants within a 10-minute walk of this apartment. You'll also find the Mercat de Russafa nearby so you won't need to go far to find some great produce. If you're studying, the University of Valencia is within a half-hour bus ride of this apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- This apartment has a balcony accessible from the kitchen so you have somewhere to relax in the summer sun.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
