There are rooms for rent in this stylish 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de les Comèdies in Ciutat Vella. The kitchen comes with an oven, 4-burner stove and rangehood as well as a small table and chairs and some storage space. The bathroom is also well-equipped with a shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
The Central Market of Valencia and Mercado Colón are both within a 10-minute walk, as is a El Corte Inglés department store, so all the essentials are nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The University of Valencia is within a 20-minute walk, or a 10-minute bus ride.
- There is additional storage in the kitchen which also has another, half-sized refrigerator.
- Each bedroom has an independent key.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator.
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- There is no heating.
