There are rooms for rent in this modern 80 m² 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Fray Pedro Vives in La Saïdia. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and stove, while the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, and there are several other shops and restaurants as well. The Arena Multiespacio shopping mall is within a 20-minute walk, while Jardins del Reial park is around a 15-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There are windows throughout this apartment to let in plenty of natural light.
- This 3rd floor apartment has an elevator leading up to it.
- The Polytechnic University of Valencia is around a half-hour bus ride away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no heating or AC in this apartment.
