Rooms are available for rent in this lovely 3-bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen. The biggest area of the apartment is the open layout of the living room and the kitchen. The whole apartment is decorated with modern art, paintings and photos of famous places so if you love art and traveling, this would be the perfect place for you to call home. The living room is spacious with a large sofa, a flat screen TV, a table and 2 chairs and a beautiful view of your new street from the main window. In the fully equipped kitchen area, you will find everything you need from a large fridge to a toaster and coffee maker and even a bar where you can enjoy a nice breakfast.
This property located on Carrer de Pere Aleixandre is situated in the lovely neighborhood of Quatre Carreres and is within close proximity of the beautiful Ciudad de las Ciencias. It is within walking distance from the city center, there are many parks nearby and you can easily reach many other parts of the city by bus. In your new neighborhood, you will find 2 supermarkets nearby plus shops, pharmacies, banks, a hospital and a gym just steps from your front door. Head to Paellas Velarte with your friends on a weeknight or weekend and try the city's famed delicacy - paella. Bring your appetite as the servings can be huge!

- There are lovely tiled floors throughout the entire apartment.
- The neighborhood is quiet and residential but well-connected to the rest of the city center.
- Bedroom 3 has a large balcony which faces the street and a heating and A/C unit inside it, plus, there is also another unit in the living room.
- Bedroom 1 has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool during those long, hot summer months.
