There are rooms for rent in this tidy 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de l'Enginyer Rafael Janini in Algirós. The generous 85 m² footprint includes a modern kitchen with the essential appliances including an oven and microwave, as well as a similarly well-furnished living room.
There is a shopping mall within a half-hour walk, while closer to the apartment you will find a supermarket and bank. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk of the apartment. On your day off you can explore the Oceanografico Aquarium which is just over a half-hour walk away.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink as well as a shower over a large bath tub.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Polytechnic University of Valencia is only a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
