This 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available to rent in trendy Ruzafa truly reflects its surroundings. The ground floor apartment has high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and modern amenities. The open-concept kitchen and living room creates a spacious and comfortable space for all tenants. Each bedroom comes fully furnished and with its own private key.

The apartment is located in the popular Ruzafa are of the L'Eixample district. The location is ideal, well-connected by buses, a 10-minute walk to the city center, and surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants. You have your basic amenities nearby, as well as plenty of nightlife options.

What we liked the most

  • We love the design – exposed brick, eclectic tiles, and artwork.
  • The kitchen crates are a unique way to designate space for each roommate.
  • Some of the rooms have access to a private terrace.
  • No long bathroom lines with 2 full bathrooms.
  • You are a few minutes' walk to a nearby park perfect for an evening stroll and where you can even find a skate-park.
