Despite having been recently renovated, the 75 m² apartment retains its character, with unconventionally shaped rooms, high ceilings embellished with wooden beams, and interesting artwork. There is a small living area which is connected to the partially equipped kitchen in an open-plan layout.

This apartment is on Carrer de Castellón in the central Eixample neighbourhood. You will be living just a few minutes from Valencia's old town, and therefore near to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops galore. In terms of transport, you couldn't be living in a better location. Estació del Nord, Valencia's main train station is 3 minutes away, as is Xàtiva metro station.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room is very small, but the bedrooms are quite spacious.
  • The apartment does not have a washing machine, but you can walk to the nearest launderette.
  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove and a microwave.
  • The apartment has no heating, but Valencia has a very warm climate.
