Rooms are available to rent in a beautifully furnished, 3-bedroom apartment in Camins al Grau. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and feels fresh, clean and modern. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is an ample open-plan living area with comfy sofas, a kitchen with up-to-date appliances including an oven and dryer, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The property would be fantastic for anyone from students to young professionals.
The apartment is located in Camins al Grau, in between the city centre and the coast, making it a very convenient place to live. There are also great transport connections, a supermarket very nearby, and plenty of other amenities.
