There are rooms available to rent in a 2-bedroom apartment in Ciutat Vella, the heart of Valencia. The apartment is light and spacious with plenty of storage to make the most of the space. There is also a large terrace, ideal for enjoying the hot weather.

The property is located in the centre of the city, in the old town, with its abundance of attractions and charming mix of history and modernity. It has large department stores and smaller, artisanal shops and restaurants to suit every taste.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace, complete with table and awning to provide shade, is a fantastic addition in the high summer temperatures.
  • The proximity to the metro station is a huge convenience, although, living in the centre, you may not need to travel.
  • The addition of AC is a necessity in the hot Mediterranean weather.
  • Situated in the heart of the old town, you will be living in the most characterful neighbourhood in the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no heating in the apartment, but, given the mild winters, it is unlikely to be necessary.
