This 3-bedroom apartment has 1 affordable room to rent for females only. The exterior apartment has 1 shared bathroom, and covers an area of 110sqm. The separate living area is spacious and features classic wooden furnishings that create a unique and homely feel. There is even a chandelier over the dining table! The kitchen is very well-equipped and a separate laundry area has a washing machine.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Martí Grajales, in Poblats Maritim, a beachside neighbourhood with plenty to offer. Several beaches are within easy walking distance from the apartment, including La Malvarrosa and Les Arenas. For those that like to venture out at night, there are plenty of beachside nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
