Rooms are for rent in an 4-bedroom refurbished apartment with a terrace situated in the l'Eixample neighbourhood in the heart of Valencia. The flat is right next to the Jardí del Túria, a picturesque retreat for when tenants would like to escape the busy, city lifestyle for a few hours. The property has recently been renovated, and is therefore equipped with modern, clean furniture. The living and kitchen areas are combined in the same room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances. The University of Valencia is 17 minutes from the property, making the rooms ideal for students.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is the ideal place for relaxing in the sunshine.
  • Some bedrooms are attached to a balcony, and the others have access to the terrace.
  • The picturesque Jardí del Túria park is just next to the apartment.
  • All 4 bedrooms feature desks, so tenants can easily study or work from home.
  • The University of Valencia is 17 minutes from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind
