This property can be found in a popular student area that is not far from the famous Valencia beach. Tenants will never be bored in this neighbourhood as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes. The flat boasts an exceptionally spacious living room with communal seating and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances necessary for efficient cooking.

What we liked the most

  • This property is ideal for students as the Polytechnic University of Valencia is a short 14 minute walk away.
  • There are plenty of windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight and fresh air.
  • Both bathrooms feature bathtubs, a rare luxury for properties near the city centre.
  • The balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch the lively street below.
