All rooms are fully furnished and tenants can also enjoy a fantastic balcony, accessible from the luminous living room. With a metro, tramway and bus station seconds away, you will be well connected with the city centre, as well as the sunny beach, providing you the best of both worlds. The area of the apartment is 75m2.
