This residence hall is located on a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a reception service. It has central heating and central air-conditioning. The price of rent includes council tax only. Utilities costs are additional. There will be fixed monthly charges for water (10 €/month) and heating, air-conditioning and hot water (35 €/month). There will be a charge of 9 €/month for electricity and at the end of the stay the actual usage will be audited against the total amount paid. Phone calls will be charged separately. The minimum lease for these rooms is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using the dryers in the laundry room. Cleaning, parking, and a meal service can also be arranged at an additional charge.

From the moment you step into the lobby of this modern residence hall, you will realize that this is a state-of-the-art accommodation facility. Every element in this building has been carefully designed to create a superior living space that will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for its residents. This residence hall is brand new, and both the rooms and shared facilities have been equipped with quality furniture and accessories. There are three room types available to choose from, single rooms, and single and double rooms with shared kitchens. Every room has its own ensuite bathroom, and is furnished with a desk and good storage space for books and other personal items. Shared facilities include a gym, a laundry room, a games room, two study rooms, a dining room and a gorgeous outdoor terrace. This exterior residence hall is bright and sunny throughout, and is located on Carrer de Serpis, within a short walk to the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Tarongers campus of the University of Valencia. Playa La Malvarrosa is located 10-minutes away by tram, and you can reach the city centre in approximately 30-minutes using the metro.
What we liked the most
- This residence hall is a great place to meet new people, and the shared rooms have been designed to be comfortable spaces to socialise and unwind after a busy day at school.
- There is one large living area where you will find sofas, coffee tables and the TV, or you can head to the sun-drenched terrace and chill outdoors in one of the many tables. There is also a huge dining room and several sofas scattered around the halls, so you will always find a spot to get together with your mates.
- There are study rooms furnished with tables with chairs, and there are also handy white boards in some rooms that you can use to take notes or brainstorm ideas if you study as a group.
- When you need a break from studying, you can head to the games room and clear your mind with a game of pool, table tennis or foosball.
- The gym is equipped with a good range of cardio and weight equipment, allowing you to get a full workout without living the residence hall.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a laundry room within the residence hall, but it will cost extra to use.
- A meal service can be arranged at an additional monthly charge.
