The price of rent includes housing, a weekly cleaning service and sheet change, water and electric, unlimited use of the La Salle Sport & Fitness Complex, use of common areas, and cultural, sport, and recreational activities. In addition the price of rent includes WiFi and a TV antenna. If you wish, you may reserve a parking spot for €92 a month for a car and €45 a month for a motorcycle. A security deposit worth one month’s rent is required upon move-in and MUST be paid via bank transfer. The minimum stay is 1 month (30 days).

This brand new residence hall is located on the Campus Universitaria de La Salle on the Universitat Ramón Llull campus in the Bonanova area of the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi section of Barcelona. This residence hall is ideal for those studying at Ramón Llull due to its on-campus location, as well as for those studying at Abat Oliba CEU and the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. If you’re looking to live on campus with modern amenities, this is the perfect place for you!

What we liked the most

  • The residence hall boasts a reception desk that will be able to cater to any questions you need!
  • The rec room has several lounge areas, a TV, a projector to watch anything you want, as well as public computers. There is a foose-ball table as well as a pool table that will come in. In addition, there are several vending machines with bar-style tables to enjoy snacks.
  • There is a gym right on-site, with weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, and a TV
  • The laundry room has washers and dryers, perfect for those not wanting the hassle of hand-drying their clothes!
  • All of the studios have kitchenettes and private bathrooms!

Things to keep in mind

  • The prices for the residences are different from Ramón Llull and non-Ramón Llull students
  • The rooms do not have a common living room space, which would make entertaining inside the individual rooms difficult

Room

The rental price reflects the price per tenant per month. The double room has three huge wardrobes at the entrance with a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, lots of cabinets, electric stove, mini fridge and freezer. There are two landline phones that have VOIP, allowing you to connect over the internet. Some of the double rooms have balconies that look out onto the gorgeous campus. There ares two single beds with a shelving unit to separate the beds. Each roommate gets an individual sink outside the bathroom, ideal for those not wanting to fight over the bathroom. Including: Half board (from Monday to Friday, breakfast + lunch). Weekly room cleaning service (except for the kitchen). Weekly change of sheets and towels. Water, electricity and SWH consumptions. Free acces in the sports center. Common areas. Leisure, sports and cultural activities programs. WiFi.

How to book
