Your home has a stunning living room, with wooden beams, stripped brick walls giving it a stylish and sophisticated feel. It is tastefully furnished with a three seater sofa, two single seater sofas, an LCD TV, coffee table and a dinning area. Best of all it has its own balcony with a colourful street view. Your masterbedroom is beautifully decorated and includes its own balacony over a quiet courtyard. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty Spanish meal for your friends, as well as a charming balcony with a pleasant street view. The single bedroom is bright and has a glass door to the kitchen's balcony.

Living here you will be right in the heart of Valencia in an area which shows the city's rich history. The streets are narrow and home to a multitude of small and charming restaurants as well as some of Valencia's most popular nightclubs.
