This 1-bedroom interior apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Garrigues in the historic Citat Vella. The apartment is well equipped and contemporary, and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable as soon as you move in. The bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a double if needed. There is an open-plan living room and kitchen area, with modern, comfortable furnishings and a 4-seater dining table.

The apartment is located in the heart of Ciutat Vella located minutes from city hall. This neighbourhood is known for its beautiful architecture, as well as its charming cobblestone streets. Convenience is key here, with hundreds of shops, restaurants and other amenities withing a few minute's walk. You are also well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.

What we liked the most

  • Here and there in the apartment, the original steel beams have been left exposed, creating an interesting semi-industrial aesthetic.
  • There are AC units throughout – perfect for the summer months!
  • You are right behind the Plaça de l'Ajuntament and are less than 5 minutes away from the Mercat Central.
  • Plaza de la Reina, Valencias central plaza, is nearby. It's big, it's pretty, it's surrounded by terrazas, and it's a great place to people-watch.
