Located on Calle Opera Carmen in the quiet neighborhood of Santa Clara, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has 1 room for rent as the other 2 rooms are used by the landlord. The spacious apartment spans 120 m2 and is beautifully decorated with classic furniture and decoration. The living room is particularly charming, as it is full of wooden furniture and paintings on the wall. You will be sharing the living room area, kitchen, and the bathroom with the landlord. As an added plus, the residential area in which the flat is located has a swimming pool, so you can cool off during those hot Seville summers!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is simply unique, with classic decoration!
- You will have access to the common pool- this will come very handy in the scorching summer months!
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher.
- The room for rent is furnished with a single bed and has its own TV so tenants can relax in the comfort of their own room.
- There is an AC unit to keep tenants cool during the summer.
- There is a terrace inside the flat.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located away from city buzz, so tenants will have peace and quiet!
