Within a 17-minute walk to the University of Seville, these rooms for rent on Callejón Calería are ideal for students. The front door opens into a small vestibule with a half-bathroom at the entrance. A full bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hall closer to the bedrooms. The kitchen is snug, but has all you need, including a fridge, stovetop and oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as small appliances, cutlery and cookware. The communal open-plan dining and living room is bright, with windows letting in plenty of natural light. There is a large buffet and a six-seat table, as well as two chairs where you can sit back, chat with flatmates or watch TV, and a sofa, which opens into a bed if you’re having an extra guest.
In Centro - Casco Antiguo, you’re close to everything you need, as well as everything you could possibly want to see while living in Seville. This is the oldest part of the city, and it’s bustling with tourists, as well as cafés, restaurants and, most importantly, tapas bars! The area is known for its great tapas, so you’ll want to make a real effort to check out the delicious food. Or, with small markets nearby and a larger one 10 minutes away at Metropol Parassol, you can pick up fresh produce and cook up your own tapas at home. If you’re taking classes, the University of Seville is a 17-minute walk away, right next to the Alcázar, which is a must-see Moorish palace, but it’s not the only historical sight you’ll discover in this beautiful city!
What we liked the most
- The communal living room is spacious and has a sofa-bed, just in case you have an extra guest for the night.
- Located in the center of the city, you can practically walk to anything you want to see, but the public transit is accessible and will get you to any sight you can’t walk to.
- Students will love being within a 20-minute walk from the University of Seville.
- Fresh produce markets are nearby, and so are a lot of tapas bars!

- The area is well-served by buses and you will find multiple stops within a 5-minute radius, namely along Calle San Esteban, Calle Muro de los Navarros, and especially at Plaza Ponce de Leon, one of Seville's most important bus hubs.
- Sevilla-Santa Justa, the main railway station in the city, is a 15-minute walk away.
- The closest metro station, Prado de San Sebastián, is only a little over 15 minutes away, but there are three other stations within 20 minutes from the apartment.
