Located on Calle Divina Enfermera, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features a duplex style and charming decorations throughout. The highlight of the flat is hands down the sunny rooftop patio: situated right in front of the Basilica, the gorgeous and spacious terrace is lined with artificial grass and has beautiful views of the historical neighborhood. The distribution of the flat is quite practical as well: on the bottom level, you'll find the interior bedroom with an A/C unit and plenty of storage and the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, while the second level has the second room, kitchen, and access to the patio. The neighborhood of the apartment, San Vicente, is part of the historical center of Seville and you'll find everything from monuments to top tier restaurants all within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The bright terrace, accessible via the second floor, is the best feature of the apartment. Lined with artificial grass, you'll love spending time here with your new Sevillana friends!
- This apartment is situated in a quiet complex - you will be able to get plenty of peace and catch a good night's sleep!
- Feel free to bring along your furry friends - the apartment is pet friendly!
- Located in the historical center of Seville, you'll have the best of the city's cultural offerings all within walking distance.
- You'll have AC to help you survive Seville's notorious summers.
- The two rooms vary in size and furniture, but both come with A/C units and receive plenty of light.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small and doesn't feature an oven, however, you will have a fully functioning stove.
- The building does not have an elevator, but you will only be on the second floor.
