This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has hot and cold air-conditioning in some rooms only and bottled gas water heating. This 70 sqm three bedroom apartment is distributed over two floors, with the kitchen, living area, bedroom one and a toilet on one floor, and the two other bedrooms and a bathroom on the other. This exterior apartment comes fully equipped, including having air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. With one double room and two single rooms, it can accommodate up to six people, and would make an ideal family home or could be rented by a group of friends looking to share an apartment. It is located on Rafael de Leon street, in the neighborhood of Nervión, approximately 5km away from the town centre.
What we liked the most
- In the living area you will find a TV situated in front of a sofa and an armchair, providing enough space for the whole flat to get together and watch a movie.
- Bedroom 3 is the largest of the apartment, and comes equipped with a double bed, and also has an air-conditioning unit.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom and one toilet with no shower.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including having a handy dishwasher. There is also a small table with two chairs where you can have breakfast or a quick lunch, but you will find a larger dining table with four chairs in the living area.
