This 7th floor 2-bedroom flat for rent on Nine Elms Lane has a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world go by. It’s located off of the open-plan common area. This space is furnished with a wall-mounted TV, large and comfy sofa, and a round 4-seat glass dining table. The U-shaped kitchen is open to the dining area. It’s modern, fully equipped, and even includes a wine fridge. Each bedroom has a double bed and large sunny windows. They also have ensuite bathrooms. One of them has a tub. The other has a shower cabinet. Both are large and elegant.
Although situated close to central London and along the River Thames, Battersea has long gone unnoticed. Things are quickly changing, though. Warehouses are being transformed into flats and the neighbourhood is becoming quite upscale. Your apartment is close to the U.S. Embassy, London. There is a Waitrose supermarket just down the street.
