This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Sanchez Pijzuan in the La Macarena district of Seville. Known for housing famous monuments such as the Baslica of Our Lady of Hope Macarena, the neighborhood hosts the most popular Holy Week celebration in all of Spain. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and its highlight is the living room and kitchen area with an open layout. The University of Sevilla (Macarena Campus) is a 3 minute walk, so the apartment would be ideal for students. The 50 m2 property has an A/C unit, which will be an appreciated detail in the hot summer months!
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a big countertop where tenants can have breakfast.
- The living room is spacious and has 2 couches, so you can relax after work or school.
- There is an A/C unit so tenants will be nice and cool during the notoriously hot Seville summers.
- The extra room, furnished with wardrobes and hangers, can be used to store your suitcases or winter blankets.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is in the storage room.
- Bedroom 1 is rather small, but bedroom 2 has a double bed.
