This 45 m² studio apartment for rent has a great layout with beautiful artwork, that does't make it feel like your typical studio box. The property has high ceilings and a nice big window that lets in fresh air and sunlight. With the bedroom on a mezzanine floor, you have a big and open living room with a sofa-bed and kitchen corner. The bedroom comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. There is 1 full bathroom that is also quite spacious.
The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Rome in the Centro Storico. If you are not much of a driver, then this is the perfect place for you, pedestrian-friendly and surrounded by plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. When you need to go a bit further you conveniently have a metro stop just 4 minutes away and plenty of bus lines that pass by.
What we liked the most
- The studio comes with a TV and AC.
- The bedroom located on the mezzanine floor allows you to have an open and cozy living room and dining room area.
- The living room has a sofa-bed, so guests will have a place to sleep!
- The bathroom is modern and spacious.
- You have cool tile floors and wood flooring.
- Delicious pizzerias, charming bars, and great shops are all within walking distance.
- The Trevi Fountain is just a 5-minute walk away!
