This 60 sqm exterior home receives a lot of natural light and is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay, including central heating and Wi-Fi. It offers a cozy living area with a dining table and television, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a small but functional kitchen. The apartment is only two minutes from Campo de' Fiori and within walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Roman Forum, just to name a few of the main attractions near this flat. You will also find a range of amenities and services to satisfy your everyday needs such as supermarkets, banks, gyms, hairdressers and a range of stores. Tram station Arenula- Cairoli is only five minutes from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment for rent is located right in the historic centre of Rome, but is not too noisy as it faces a quiet street.
  • The bright living area is furnished with a dining table, a single-sofa bed and a small television.
  • The spacious bedroom is beautifully presented, and is equipped with a double bed and two bedside tables with reading lamps.
  • Finding space to store clothes and other personal items will not be a problem, with a large built-in closet providing plenty of storage space.
  • The bathroom has a small bathtub and a shower.
  • Rent includes all bills, cleaning and bed linen.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator.
