Beds are to rent in shared occupancy rooms in a 125m2 4-bedroom apartment in Appio Latino in Rome. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities and also has a balcony, the ideal place to dry clothes or have a quick breath of fresh air. There are also two bathrooms so you will not have to wait to use the shower in the mornings.
The Appio Latino area of Rome is an atmospheric neighbourhood with stunning renaissance architecture and winding streets full of characterful bars and restaurants to be explored. It is also home to the Basilica de San Giovanni, the largest church in the city. The property is also located close to Parco degli Scipioni, perfect for sunbathing during hot weather or exercising in the mornings.
What we liked the most
- The balcony provides a fantastic extra outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine on warm evenings.
- There is an oven as well as a stove so you can cook whatever you choose.
- The kitchen has both a dining table and a sofa so you can relax, socialise or enjoy meals with friends and flatmates.
- The property's proximity to the public transport will make early morning commutes slightly easier.
- This area is ideal for those looking for a taste of the authentic Roman lifestyle.
