This luminous, pet friendly 1 bedroom apartment is situated on Vicolo Moroni in the heart of Trastevere near both John Cabot University and the American University of Rome. Trastevere is a picturesque, historic neighbourhood that is pleasant to walk around and not too far from Rome's centre. The bedroom is sizeable and features a double bed, a table and a flat-screen TV. The compact kitchen features modern appliances and a table for 2. The bathroom is clean and is furnished with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Tenants can reach other parts of Rome by walking or by catching a bus from the station that is 1 minute away.
What we liked the most
- The landlord allows pets in this apartment, so you do not have to leave your animal behind when you move!
- This property is perfect for students of John Cabot University or the American University of Rome as both of which are near the flat.
- The apartment is close to Tevere river which has beautiful banks that are popular among joggers and walkers during warm weather.
- The flat has A/C and heating units to keep the tenant warm throughout the year.
- The apartment is decorated with classic, antique details such as blue tiling and wooden beams. The neighbourhood is similarly picturesque, filled with historic, traditional architecture.
