This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Via Licio Giorgieri, in Aurelio is fully furnished and has been recently renovated. The property has a open-plan equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and small dining table. A definite highlight is the sunny terrace, which will make an ideal spot for afternoon drinks or entertaining. There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms, and heating is installed throughout.
The apartment is located in Aurelio, west of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy reach, and public transport is close by to get you around the city.
What we liked the most
- Aurelio is a peaceful spot outside the centre of Rome, but you'll still have plenty of shops and some good restaurants within reach.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors, chic furnishings, and a charming decor.
- There is a huge terrace and 2 balconies to enjoy when the sun comes out.
- Heating and AC is installed throughout to help keep you comfortable year round.
- The kitchen is modern and has plenty of bench space to cook.

- The apartment has been recently renovated and some items (like the wardrobe for bedroom 2) have not been added to the property.
