Rooms are available for rent in this spacious and nicely decorated 4-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The apartment has a large living space with sofas, big flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Here there is also a terrace with a small table and pot plants, overlooking the Avenida. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub.
The apartment is located on a busy avenue, just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest metro, and a 5-minute stroll from Atocha Station, one of the city's main railway stations. El Parque del Buen Retiro, a beautiful 1.4km2 park in the centre of the city is just a few minutes north of the apartment. This area is quite central in the city, just a 15-minute walk will take you into the very central districts near Gran Via.

- There is a lovely balcony with lots of pot plants.
- We love the large shared living space, a great place to get to know your new flatmates.
- You will be living just a few minutes walk from the stunning Retiro Park, a beautiful place to while a few hours, or go boating with a significant other.
- El Prado, the world famous art museum, with one of the greatest collections of renaissance art, is only a 15-minute walk.
