This 145 m², 3-bedroom apartment has spacious and colorful rooms and is a home full of personality. There is a separate living room and dining room area, both of which have balcony access. There are 2 playfully decorated bathrooms.
Garbatella, is an underrated neighborhood that has a lot to offer. It is a quiet and residential district, but is full of typical Roman restaurants and well-connected to the city center by bus.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has elegant marble flooring in the common areas.
- Each individual room has its own personality from the colors to the tiles to the furniture, making it very cozy.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, 6-burner stove, oven, and dishwasher.
- There are 2 balconies, one in the living room and one in the dining room.
- There are 2 bathrooms, one comes with a separate bathtub and shower.
- There are 2 entrances, one into a main hallway and the 2nd directly into the dining room.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
- The kitchen is quite small, but it comes with 4 gas burners.
