This studio apartment for rent on Žitná is on the 2nd floor. It has 2 windows, so you get good natural light during the day. This is an open-plan space that combines the kitchen, living, dining, and bed rooms, all in a single area. Although the area isn’t huge, everything fits comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, oven, fridge, and lots of cupboard space for storage. Your clothes and other items can be stored in the wardrobe or on the shelves surrounding the double bed. Additionally, the room has a sofa and dining table. The bathroom, which has a shower cabinet, is located in the little vestibule at the entrance.
Life bustles all around your new home in Nové Město. During the day, streets crowd with business people and tourists. At night, locals and foreigners descend on the multitude of hot spots that you can find here. Palác Lucerna is one of the most popular night spots. It’s a 10-minute walk away. Almost everything is: Antonína Dvořáka Museum, Frank Ghery’s Dancing House building, and Wenceslas Square. Charles University’s Faculty of Education is only a 5-minute walk away. And with it, you’ll also find a supermarket, cinema, theater, and a gym nearby.
What we liked the most
- The main living area has great parquet flooring and is cozy with good natural light.
- The Vltava River, along with restaurants and nightclubs, is just 10 minutes away.
- The neighborhood is lively, but your studio is on the edge of a lovely and more serene park.
- Transit connections are great. This is an ideal home base from which you can explore Prague.
