This 3rd floor studio apartment for rent on Žitná is quaint and affordable. The space isn’t huge, but everything you need is here. Sunlight brightens up the main area during the day. There are two windows in this open-plan space. There is a small window in the bathroom, which has a shower cabinet. The parquet floors are gorgeous, and the kitchen cabinets and other furnishings are also wood. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, gas stove, and an oven. The rest of the space is furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, shelves, a sofa, and a dining table with chairs.
Nové Město has a cosmopolitan vibe. It’s a commercial hub, a bustling tourist mecca, and a hot spot for night clubs. The main campus of Charles University is a 20-minute walk away, but the Faculty of Education is a few minutes around the corner. You can people-watch at Wenceslas Square. It’s more of a boulevard, but it’s buzzing with action, lined with ambitious architecture, and you can visit the National Museum here. All your needs can be met within a 10-minute walk. There are two nearby supermarkets, as well as stores, restaurants, and nightclubs all around.
What we liked the most
- The main space isn’t huge, but it’s comfy and cozy.
- There is a nearby gym and a peaceful park nearby.
- The closer you get to Vltava River, which is a 10-minute walk away, the more nightclubs, music bars, and restaurants you’ll find.
- A newer part of town, there is still a lot of history to uncover in this neighborhood.
