This studio apartment, available to rent on Via Monte Nevoso in Lambrate, is ideal for students or professionals. The space has lots of windows to let in plenty of daylight, and includes a double sofa-bed, to save space during the day. The apartment includes a full kitchen, which can be unusual in a studio. The property is clean and has wooden floors and furnishings. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
As well as being a well connected area, there are plenty of amenities, including lots of restaurants nearby, particularly around Via Nicola Antonio Porpora and Piazza Piero Gobetti. There are connections nearby directly to both Politecnico di Milano and to the city centre, and you can also take the train to nearby towns and villages.
What we liked the most
- There is an extra fold-down single bed hidden away in a closet, ideal for when guests visit.
- The studio has lots of storage, so it will never feel cluttered.
- Taking tram 23, students can get from the front door to classes at Politecnico di Milano in less than 15 minutes!
- The proximity to Piazza Enrico Bottoni means you have transport all over the city and the surrounding regions within easy reach.
