We love this spacious 50 m², 7th-floor 1-bedroom apartment which is available to rent in Milan's Gambara - De Angeli neighbourhood. The property is very modern, and has high quality finishings including real wooden floors. There is a well equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances including a dishwasher and oven, a huge living area, a gigantic bathroom, and a double bedroom. Our favourite feature has to be the spacious balcony with views over the city and plenty of space for sitting.
The apartment is located on Via Rembradt, in a highly desirable area of Milan close to Wagner, with good metro links, great shopping, and plenty of options when it comes to bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- We love the big balcony. Sit down on one of the comfy chairs and admire the 7th-floor views.
- This property has a lot of space and has been beautifully decorated.
- We love the wooden floors.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need including a gas hob, an oven and a dishwasher.
- There is air conditioning in some rooms.
- The surrounding area is one of the best places to live in Milan.
