This pet friendly apartment is already a home to a cat, owned by the friendly landlady who also lives in the apartment. The comfortable 70m2 flat consists of a shared bathroom, equipped with a large bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, another terrace with fantastic views of the city and two bedrooms. All utilities are already included in the rent and the apartment is located close to metro stations that can easily take you into the city centre in just 20 minutes.
