There are 4 student rooms available for rent in this shared 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the Zara neighbourhood of Milan. The rooms are spacious and some come with balconies. The kitchen is large and it is fully equipped with all the facilities you may need. The Politecnico di Milano Bovisa campus is a 15 minute tram away, making the rooms ideal for students of this prestigious institution.
What we liked the most
- 3 out of 4 of the bedrooms have exterior balconies overlooking the street.
- All the bedrooms are spacious and well furnished.
- There are two bathrooms to share between all the tenants, both of which have a shower and toilet.
- There is plenty of space for the tenants to dry their clothes in their own rooms or on their balconies.
Things to keep in mind
- There is not a living room, but the bedrooms are incredibly spacious which makes up for it.
- The furniture can be swapped between the rooms.

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 1 month's rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash, bank transaction or credit card. The landlord only accepts students. Smoking is allowed, but the landlord prefers that tenants smoke out of the window and consult current tenants.
