This all-female three bedroom apartment has just been renovated, and is equipped with new furniture and accessories. It features three rooms for rent individually, each one fully-furnished and offering air-conditioning and central heating. For added peace of mind, your room will have a lockable door, allowing you to secure your belongings as you leave the flat. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a gas stove, oven and a dishwasher. There is also a pleasant living area with a sofa, TV and window overlooking a courtyard. Tenants will share the use of one modern, fully-tiled bathroom. The apartment has a floor area of 80 sqm and is located on Via Privata Alessandro Antonelli, in Lodi district, and approximately 4km from Milan's town centre. You can access line 3 of the metro only a couple of block's from the apartment, allowing you to reach downtown in about 12 minutes. Several buses also stop within a three-minute walk.

- The dishwasher will help you keep the flat clean and tidy.
