This recently renovated five bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers a selection of interior and exterior bedrooms for rent. Each room is fully furnished, including a desk, a wardrobe and a lockable door. Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, and a laundry room. This modern home offers a really tidy and clean living space, has central heating and Wi-Fi is already installed. It is located on via Angelo Mauri, in the neighbourhood of Fiera Milano. Corso Vercelli, a popular commercial street with shops to suit all tastes and interests, is only 100m from the apartment. Access to the metro and tram is a short walk away, allowing you to reach the Duomo di MIlano in approximately 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been beautifully remodelled and has polished wooden floors.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table.
- There is a small balcony where you can dry your washing.
- All bedrooms are equipped with brand new furniture and accessories.
- The apartment has two modern bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub.
- Bedroom 4 has a private balcony overlooking the street.
- With Corso Vercelli just around the corner, you can get your shopping fix without venturing far from the flat.
- There is a supermarket right across the street, making grocery shopping easy!
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 to 3 are interior and bedrooms 4 and 5 are exterior.
- All interior rooms are located on ground level facing an internal patio, but have secure windows with bars.
