The apartment has a dining table in the large shared area outside the kitchen. The kitchen has a gas oven and a fridge freezer, and plenty of storage space. You will have a washing machine in the bathroom, which has a shower over the bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet, and a bidet.
The apartment is ideal for students, as it is just a 10-minute walk from the IULM language school, and 20 minutes from Bocconi University. There are several restaurants and takeaways just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment, and there are larger shopping and dining districts about 15 minutes' walk north following the canal.

- The views from the balcony of bedroom 1 are fantastic!
- The apartment is very spacious, both bedrooms have plenty of space so you won't get in each other's way.
