This interior apartment has 2 balconies, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, a TV and gas heating. The apartment is located on Via Sismondi, only 1.5 km away from Polytechnic University of Milan and several faculties of the University of Milan. This comfortable and well-equipped apartment will make a great home away from home!
What we liked the most
- You'll be living in an ideal location: on the east side of the city and close to the University of Milan!
- The apartment is very luminous. It is exposed on three sides so takes in a lot of light.
- 3 bedrooms enjoy access to the large balcony, which is undoubtedly one of the best features of the apartment.
- The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom number 4 also have access to a smaller balcony.
- Tenants will have access to a fantastic shared bathroom, with heaps of room and a very spacious shower.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 is a small double, but has 2 desks and access to the large balcony and a private ensuite bathroom
