This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on Via Ajaccio in the Città Studi neighbourhood of Milan. This neighbourhood is a popular student area, and the local bars and restaurants cater to the large student crowd on a budget. There are four individual rooms for rent in this apartment, which is close Politecnico di Milano (Polytechnic Institute of Milan). The apartment has a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, perfect for students who need to make meals on the go. There are two large bathrooms and a small laundry room attached to one of the bathrooms that can be used as an extra storage space. The area of the apartment is 120 square metres.
What we liked the most
- There are two spacious bathrooms, one of which has a large bathtub.
- As the Polytechnic University of Milan is close by, those attending this prestigious university will benefit from having these rooms as their base.
- There is an extra storage closet in the corridor which is accessible for all tenants.
- The large apartment has many windows which brightens up the place.
- All the bedrooms all fully furnished and include a desk. Perfect for students to do their work.
