Rooms are available to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Viale Tibaldi in Morivione. The apartment is a contemporary space, with a big, open kitchen, which is also the main common area. It has a big dining table, a couch, and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. There's also a little balcony, overlooking the interior courtyard.
The apartment is in a popular area of the city, close to the Università Bocconi and the popular Porta Ticinese district. Due to the amount of students in the area there are a huge amount of bars and restaurants nearby, and plenty of other useful amenities too. The closest supermarket is a Pam Panorama, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- All of the fitting and furnishings are new, and contemporary.
- The views from the windows are of a cute, quiet interior courtyard.
- The location is absolutely perfect for students at Bocconi university, which is less than 10-minute's walk away.
- As well as being full of restaurants and bars to cater to the student population, the local area is unusually green, with 3 parks just a few minutes from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 5th floor of a building that does not have an elevator. No need for that gym membership then!
