An elegant, 3-bedroom apartment with AC, a balcony and a veranda is available to rent in Milan's Porta Vittoria neighbourhood. This property measures 200 m² and is therefore exceptionally spacious. The interior is decorated with a selection of modern and antique furniture, and there is a studio with musical instruments, a very large living room, and a veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, and will be shared with the live-in landlady.
This apartment is on Via Caposile in Porta Vittoria, a tranquil neighbourhood located to the east of the city centre. This neighbourhood is home to a variety of convenience stores, bars and pizzerias, and the pretty Parco Vittorio Formentano is just 9 minutes away. You can walk to the city centre in 30-40 minutes, and Milano Porta Vittoria train station is just 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- We love the terrace – your own secret garden escape.
- The available bedroom has use of a private bathroom.
- The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher.
- This apartment is very spacious, as it is spread over 2 floors.
- There is a weekly market at nearby Piazzale Martini on Wednesdays.
- There is a guest room in the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a cat living in the apartment, so it will not be suitable for people with allergies.
- The landlady's daughter often comes to visit and sometimes stays in the apartment.
- To access the laundry room you must pass through the guest room.
