This 50 sqm 2 bedroom apartment offers 1 room for rent with all utilities included. The second bedroom is occupied by the landlady. Tenants will have access to their own bathroom, a shared washing machine and a full kitchen with a dining table. The other rooms in the house are for private use of the landlady only. This exterior apartment is located on via Cristina Belgioioso, in a suburb north-west from the city centre, very close to the grounds of Expo Milano 2015 and Luigi Sacco hospital. The tram and bus services stop 2 minutes from the flat.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is very spacious, and comes equipped with a double bed which can be hidden away inside a closet, allowing you to free up space during the day.
- Both the bedroom and the kitchen open up to a large balcony.
- The kitchen comes equipped with all you need for cooking.
- The tenants will have sole use of a bathroom, but in this room you will also find the washing machine which is shared with the landlady.
- With all bills included, you won't have any surprises at the end of the month!
- The bedroom is interior, so your sleep won't be disturbed by street noise.
- Couples are welcome to rent the room.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a living room in the apartment, but it is for the landlady's private use only. There is a dining table in the kitchen which may be used by the tenants.
