This 140 m², 4-bedroom apartment offers rooms for rent for males only. The available rooms are quite spacious and have big windows, which makes sure they receive plenty of natural light. The shared area is a very spacious kitchen that comes equipped with modern amenities and a dining table. The kitchen also provides access to a well-sized balcony where you can step out and enjoy the fresh air. There is 1 full bathroom to share and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located in Fiera, most known for being home to San Siro stadium. This is a very residential area filled with a lot of modern apartment buildings. There are multiple tram stops and bus connections less than 5 minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- There is a seating area and storage space in the hallway.
- Bedroom 1 is so big it has its own mini living room area and a private balcony.
- Bedroom 4 comes with an en-suite bathroom.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, and a lot of storage space.
- The bathroom to share is very spacious and has a large bathtub.
- The apartment is well-connected to the city by tram and bus.
