This 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent close to Bocconi University. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and a huge wardrobe, making it ideal for couples. The living room has a sofa and a dining table, plus a second sofa that can convert to a single bed - ideal for when guests visit or if you would like to use this room as a second bedroom. The kitchen is modern, with plenty of storage space, plus a dishwasher, and an oven and stove.
The location is fantastic, close to a major junction where you can find lots of transport options, plus loads of shopping, bars, and restaurants. Università Bocconi is just a 12-minute walk away, making this an ideal apartment for a student couple. And the University of Milan is just a 20 minute walk, or a short tram journey away.
What we liked the most
- This is a very nicely finished apartment, with a living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
- The bedroom and living room are large, so there is plenty of space for a couple to live here without feeling confined.
- Within walking distance of 2 universities; this is an ideal location for students.
- Being in a university district, there are loads of bars and restaurants in the area, meaning plenty of entertainment.
